This is the “exact spot”, here in Bethlehem, where Jesus was born. There’s an altar over a marble floor and a little hole in the floor where you reach down and touch the actual rock where he was born. This is Paul and Victoria in the picture. I’m sorry to say I was a little disappointed… I really was expecting something resembling a manger with some hay, a little basket, maybe a donkey or a lamb or something like that. O well.
